Every lead is inbound and marketing-qualified — these are prospects who have already raised their hand and asked to speak with someone. Your job is to turn those warm conversations into enrollments. No cold calling. No lead generation. No prospecting. Just a steady pipeline of interested people who are waiting for your call. What You'll Do Call and follow up on inbound, pre-qualified leads Handle objections with confidence and close the sale Process enrollments and hand each one off cleanly to the internal team Log all activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM What You'll Need Proven phone sales and closing experience, with a track record you can speak to concretely (conversion rates, deal volume, environments you've sold in) Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience Fluent Spanish (required) — bilingual Spanish/English Comfortable spending the full day on the phone Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace Self-motivated and consistent — you perform without anyone looking over your shoulder Why You'll Want This 100% remote — work from anywhere with a stable connection Flexible schedule — full-time or part-time both possible Base from $25/hour plus commission on every enrollment you close A warm, pre-qualified pipeline — no dialing strangers, ever How to Stand Out Applications that include a short video introduction get reviewed first.
