This role will support the Agency team by delivering impactful imagery that contributes directly to property marketing and client engagement. Employment type: Full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate. Location: Athens – hybrid (primarily field-based visiting properties, with office presence for coordination and planning). Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs of residential and commercial properties Plan and execute on-site shoots, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and framing Edit and retouch images in line with brand and listing standards Partner with Sales Managers and relevant teams to capture and showcase key property selling points based on client needs Produce video content, virtual tours, and/or drone footage where required Ensure timely delivery of visual content across listings, website, and marketing channels Maintain an organized digital archive of all photographic assets Stay up to date with photography trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices Key Requirements Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) Proven hands-on experience in photography (real estate, architectural, interior, or similar) Solid understanding of photography techniques (lighting, composition, framing); advanced capabilities expected for more senior profiles Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop); video editing skills are a plus Familiarity with drone photography and/or videography will be considered an asset Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills We Value Teamwork - Collaborating effectively across teams Ethics & Integrity - Ensuring accuracy and compliance Respect - Delivering a professional client experience Innovation - Supporting continuous improvement Results-driven ownership - Delivering high-quality outcomes We Offer Competitive remuneration package Learning and development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to the real estate sector Α ny personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed in accordance with our candidate employees privacy notice.
