PHP Team Lead

Job Description Job Title: Team Lead PHP Developer (LAMP Stack) Location: 100% Remote from within India (for an international client) Experience Level: 7-8 years in PHP development, with 1-2 years as Team Lead We’re looking for a Team Lead PHP Developer with strong experience in the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers, work on building and maintaining PHP applications, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining PHP applications using the LAMP stack - Manage the development process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards - Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support - Review code to ensure it meets best practices and quality standards - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions - Help solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues - Stay up-to-date with new PHP technologies and trends Required Skills and Experience: - 7-8 years of experience in PHP development, with strong knowledge of the LAMP stack - 1-2 years of experience as a team lead, managing or guiding a team - Familiar with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) - Good experience with MySQL databases and optimizing queries - Familiar with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with version control (Git) - Strong problem-solving skills - Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
