We're looking for a Physical Security Technical Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, reviewing and delivering security solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the EMEA region.
This is an opportunity for a security professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with consultancy, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. You'll work alongside clients, design teams and project stakeholders to ensure physical security requirements are seamlessly integrated from concept through to implementation.
About the Role
Acting as a physical security subject matter expert, you'll support security system design, technical reviews, site inspections and consultancy activities across multiple concurrent projects. You'll help ensure solutions meet client expectations, industry standards and project requirements while driving quality throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with architects, engineers, consultants and client teams to integrate security requirements into project designs.
- Providing expertise in physical security design, CPTED principles and layered security strategies.
- Reviewing drawings, technical submissions and RFIs to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Conducting site inspections and supporting successful project delivery from design through to handover.
- Leading workshops, presenting technical recommendations and building trusted client relationships.
- Supporting security risk assessments and helping clients make informed security decisions.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience with enterprise access control and IP video security systems.
- A background in security system design and technical consultancy.
- Experience with CAD, Bluebeam and an understanding of BIM.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, Software House, Milestone and Avigilon.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
