Physician Recruiter (30189) Hot Job Apply Overview Salary Range $18.50 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Monday - Friday Apply Description As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified physicians and experts to expand and strengthen ISG's nationwide provider network. This role deals with fulfilling network expansion requests, building relationships with providers and office staff, negotiating fees when appropriate, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while meeting department KPIs. Pay rate starts at $18.50, varying based on professional background and experience. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and follow-through Customer service oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Comfortable making outbound calls and building professional relationships.
