Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Physiotherapist specializing in MSK and Sports Rehabilitation. The Physiotherapist will assess and diagnose musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, develop individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs, and provide evidence-based treatment using virtual consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, educating patients on injury prevention and self-management, and documenting clinical notes in digital systems. The role also involves collaborating with other clinicians within MantraCare’s ecosystem, leveraging AI-driven tools for triage and follow-up, and ensuring high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and clinical quality.
Qualifications

• Clinical MSK and sports rehab skills, including assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and return-to-sport planning.
• Competence in telehealth practice, remote patient monitoring, and using digital health platforms for consultations and documentation.
• Strong patient communication skills, including motivational interviewing, clear education on biomechanics, and adherence support.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with mental health, nutrition, and chronic care professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and valid professional licensure/registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience with sports medicine, orthopedics, or MSK outpatient settings; prior remote or digital health experience is an advantage.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and outcome tracking to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Reliable internet access, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a part-time caseload independently in a remote setting.
