Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all aircraft systems are functioning correctly. Plan flight routes, considering weather conditions, air traffic, and fuel requirements. Operate aircraft controls and navigate safely and efficiently during all phases of flight. Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground personnel. Respond to and manage emergency situations with calm and decisive action. Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation. Participate in recurrent training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency. Contribute to a positive and safety-conscious team culture. Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight. Required Skills & Qualifications Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant type ratings. Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, with a significant portion in multi-engine jet aircraft. Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure. Exceptional situational awareness and crew resource management (CRM) abilities. Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination. Proven track record of safe and professional flight operations. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
