Placement Broker (Graduate)

Marsh has an exciting opportunity for a GRADUATE to join our Placement Team in our Office in Bogotá Colombia.

We will count on you to:

• Negotiate with the insurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance.
• Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
• Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
• Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.
  
  

What you need to have:

• New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Economics, Administration, Engineering or related careers.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as an insurance broker or general insurance underwriting processes in Property, transportation, financial lines, etc.
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
• English language fluency
