Job Description This is a remote position. Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “ Planned Activities Specialist / Field Service Engineer ”. Travel: 90% (East Coast - Travel expenses will be reimbursed per the Expense Policy) Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick Leave, 401K Responsibilities Install and configure diagnostic equipment at customer locations Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software issues Complete service documentation accurately and on time Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service Coordinate installation schedules and support equipment modifications Follow quality, safety, and compliance procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred. 0–5 years of relevant experience Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and computer hardware Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Preferred Experience Medical device or laboratory equipment installation Biomedical equipment servicing Preventive maintenance Technical field service Healthcare diagnostics or laboratory instrumentation ​If interested, please share your updated resume at [email protected] / [email protected] .
