What You’ll Do:

• Manage sales plans and inventory levels for the digital channel to support business growth and profitability
• Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and customer demand to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
• Partner with global digital, merchandising, logistics, and planning teams to develop sales forecasts and inventory strategies
• Support assortment planning, product launches, and markdown strategies to maximize sales and optimize inventory investments
• Monitor and adjust inventory throughout the season to minimize markdowns and achieve end-of-season inventory goals
• Track inbound inventory receipts and ensure accurate inventory allocation across channels
• Prepare reporting and planning analyses, including sales reforecasts, inventory retrends, and pre-season planning
• Provide inventory and volume projections to logistics partners to support distribution planning
• Maintain accurate product and assortment information across planning systems and digital tools
• Participate in Monthly Planning Committee (MPC) meetings by providing data-driven recommendations
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from cross-functional business partners
• Build strong cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, finance, logistics, or a related analytical role
• Strong merchandise planning or inventory deployment experience; prior retail planning experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Access
• Experience with MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence/reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and statistical problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
• International retail or global planning experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, engaged, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
