The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Planner to join the delivery team on a 290MW hyperscale Data Centre Campus in Narvik, Norway.
This is a major mission-critical development offering the opportunity to work on a large-scale, technically complex project in one of Europe’s most exciting data centre locations.

The Role
As Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the project, working closely with the wider project team to develop, maintain and monitor construction programmes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes and schedules.
- Working closely with construction, commercial, design and project teams.
- Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays.
- Providing regular programme updates, reporting and analysis.
- Supporting the project team with sequencing and planning strategy.
- Identifying programme risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
- Reviewing progress and providing clear reporting to project stakeholders.
- Ensuring programme information accurately reflects project progress and delivery requirements.
About You
We are looking for a Planner with strong experience working on large-scale data centre construction projects.
You will have
- Proven experience as a Planner within construction.
- Experience working on complex, high-value projects.
- Data Centre / Mission Critical experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management.
- Experience working with project teams across multiple disciplines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently while operating effectively within a wider project team.
- Legal right to work in Norway.
The Rotation
One of the key attractions of this opportunity is the working pattern:
3 weeks in Narvik, Norway / 1 week working remotely, this provides the opportunity to be heavily involved in a major international project while still having regular time away from site.
