Your Mission You will be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring excellent product availability while balancing inventory levels and costs. Through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for improvement, you will help shape the future of our planning processes and business performance. What You'll Do Lead and facilitate Planning Alignment meetings across key functions Drive Phase-In and Phase-Out processes to support an efficient product lifecycle Monitor forecasts and proactively identify risks related to overstock and out-of-stock situations Lead supply chain improvement initiatives, including MOQ and inventory optimization projects Own and drive the Executive Sign-Off process Develop and improve BI tools, reporting, and data insights Perform business analysis linked to performance, profitability, and operational excellence Support strategic projects and ad hoc business initiatives across the organization You'll Work Closely With Demand Planning Sourcing Managers Product Management Material Planning Business Controlling Logistics Who You Are You are a proactive team player with a strong drive to create results together with others. You combine analytical sharpness with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
