Your Role
As a Platform Engineer, you will:
Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms and shared infrastructure services.
Develop scalable tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and system reliability.
Support deployment pipelines, CI/CD systems, and infrastructure provisioning workflows.
Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize environments and improve platform usability.
Ensure platform security, performance, and availability across cloud and hybrid environments.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, or similar)
Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation
Preferred Skills/expertise
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Understanding of developer platforms, internal tooling, or IDP concepts
Experience working in Agile or high-scale engineering environments
