Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Player Evaluation Specialist. The Player Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating player performance, analyzing game data, and providing detailed scouting reports. Additional tasks include collaborating with agents and scouts to assess talent, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on baseball trends and metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of baseball analytics, talent evaluation, and player performance metrics
• Experience in data analysis and report creation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with scouts, agents, and team members
• Proficiency in video analysis tools and baseball-related software is a plus
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Passion for baseball and understanding of the game at all levels
• Previous experience in scouting, player development, or similar roles is advantageous
• A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred
