About the role We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join our Financial Services team . You will be part of a multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will be integrated into our Banking Core Business Unit , contributing to the development and maintenance of critical systems within the financial services domain. As a part of your job, you will: Design and develop small to medium-scale projects for new features, including evaluation, functional and technical analysis, implementation, and testing. Maintain and improve existing systems , including troubleshooting and bug fixing. Perform data analysis to support business and technical decision-making. Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements. What are we looking for? Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL development. Solid experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle. Good functional analysis and technical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Nice to have: Previous experience in team leadership or team management Experience working in the Social Security or public administration sector Personal traits Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy; Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; Willingness to collaborate with other players; Strong communication skills.
