Plumbing Engineer

Plumbing Revit Designer / Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer - 8-10+ Years of experience

At WeCollabify, we’re looking for a Plumbing Revit Designer / Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer to join a U.S.-based MEP team as a direct extension of their internal plumbing department.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys Revit production, plumbing coordination, and construction documentation, and who can take design criteria, redlines, and engineering direction and turn them into accurate, coordinated deliverables.

What we’re looking for:

• 8-10+ Years of experience
• Proven professional experience in plumbing design, modeling, or documentation
• Advanced Revit proficiency, specifically with plumbing/MEP systems
• Experience modeling and coordinating:
• Domestic water systems
• Sanitary and vent systems
• Storm drainage
• Plumbing piping and equipment
• Ability to produce and maintain plans, sheets, layouts, details, annotations, and schematics
• Experience coordinating plumbing with HVAC, structural, architectural, and other building systems
• Understanding of constructability, pipe routing, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to work from redlines, engineering criteria, RFIs, and design changes
• Strong drawing organization, revision control, and documentation standards
• Previous experience working on U.S.-based projects is required
• Familiarity with U.S. project workflows, construction documentation, and applicable plumbing standards/codes
• English C1 required, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with a U.S.-based team in meetings, coordination sessions, and day-to-day communication
• Mechanical Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, BIM Specialists, or professionals with strong plumbing-focused MEP experience are welcome to apply

The role:

You will primarily serve as the team’s Revit production arm, helping senior engineers and technical leads reduce drafting and documentation workload so they can focus on engineering decisions, coordination, and project leadership.

The position may begin part-time with the goal of scaling to full-time (40 hours/week) based on workload, performance, and team needs.
