PMO Analyst

Role Overview You will be report into the programme’s PMO Manager, and as part of a wider PMO team currently totaling four roles. You will contribute to establishing and managing a robust set of programme governance and control processes to support the successful delivery of the programme and the individual projects within it.. Key Responsibilities Manage the programme’s central mailbox and calendar, ensuring that all queries are handled appropriately and promptly. Support key project / programme governance meetings, working with the wider PMO team to collate reporting packs and capture key points / actions. Record and track the completion of relevant actions with the relevant owners from across the programme team. Support the wider PMO team with the handling of Statements of Requirements (SoRs) received from the customer, co-ordinating the inputs of the relevant programme team members to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly. Support the wider PMO team with the management of the programme change control process, ensuring that each change is managed in line with contractual procedures. Provide support to the completion of general / ad hoc tasks as needed to support the operation of the programme – for example, arranging and managing team events and co-ordinating activities focused on one-off programme exercises such as audits. Ensure the central lessons learned process is adhered to, in order for project best practice to be shared throughout the programme, supporting the realisation of continuous improvements. Support the application of robust document management practices across the programme, including management of shared areas, document tracking, version control and management of review and approval cycles. Support the wider PMO team with identifying and implementing opportunities to continuously improve PMO processes and ways of working.
