Role: PMO Program Manager Duration: 6+ months C2H Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid) Interview: in-person Position Summary: The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth through the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial organizations. Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation roadmaps. Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams. Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions. Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations. Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies. Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities. Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience. Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience is strongly preferred. Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions. Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance processes. PMP certification preferred but not required. Skills Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
