Your Role

As a Junior PMO Support professional with Capgemini, you will help project and delivery teams maintain accurate reporting, governance records, effort tracking, and documentation. You will prepare monthly reports and meeting minutes, maintain risk and issue logs, and keep the project repository organized and current.

In this role you will:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly project status reports using agreed templates.
• Schedule meetings and produce accurate minutes, decisions, and action logs.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, dependency, and decision registers.
• Support effort, resource, milestone, and delivery tracking activities.
• Keep the project document repository structured, current, and easy to navigate.
• Track tasks, actions, and follow-ups in Jira.
• Use Excel to organize data, perform checks, and prepare project summaries.
• Support project managers with governance routines and reporting deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to collect updates and close outstanding actions.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and escalate it promptly.
  
  

Your Profile

• Initial experience in PMO support, project coordination, reporting, administration, or a related area.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, validation, and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira or a comparable project-tracking tool.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, meeting minutes, and action-oriented documentation.
• Comfort working with risk and issue logs, effort trackers, and document repositories.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple follow-up activities.
• Reliable and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and international delivery teams.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with the PM² project management methodology.
• Basic understanding of project governance and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or document-management platforms.
• Exposure to technology or digital-transformation projects.
