Company Description SafeStays is proud to open Paris. SafeStays is the rental division of The One Properties, specializing in mid- to long-term rentals. We offer fully furnished, fully equipped apartments in the best and most sought-after neighborhoods across the cities where we operate.

With an established presence in Madrid, Lugano, Milan, and Miami, we are now bringing that same standard of quality and service to Paris. We are looking for someone fluent in French and English, with experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or business development, to help us build our presence and grow our property portfolio in this exciting new market.

Role Description This full-time, hybrid role is based in Madrid and focuses on property acquisition, portfolio growth, and landlord relationship management for SafeStays. The role involves identifying and securing new properties, generating relationships with landlords and local partners, and supporting the growth of SafeStays' presence in the Paris market. Daily tasks include generating new leads, conducting comprehensive market research and comparative pricing analyses to evaluate potential opportunities, presenting SafeStays' services to property owners, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating property inspections, documentation, and necessary communications. The role also requires acting as the primary point of contact for property owners throughout the acquisition and onboarding process, maintaining strong long-term relationships, and applying the Company's strategic frameworks, methodologies, and standards in all property acquisition and management activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, luxury hospitality, real estate, travel, or premium services.
• Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset and focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, remote work tools, and basic sales reporting.
• Experience with international or high-value clientele is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Paris real estate or rental market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent French and English are required; Spanish is a plus although not required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
