We're hiring a Portfolio Manager in London for investment firms in our partner network. What you'll be responsible for: As a Portfolio Manager, you'll be accountable for investment strategy, portfolio construction, and performance outcomes. Your decisions will directly impact fund returns and client wealth. Here's what that involves: Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with fund mandates, risk parameters, and performance objectives Construct and manage portfolios across asset classes, balancing return targets with risk tolerance and liquidity requirements Conduct deep fundamental research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risk-reward profiles Make buy, hold, and sell decisions based on market conditions, valuation metrics, and conviction in investment theses Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and attribution analysis to understand drivers of returns Manage risk exposure through position sizing, hedging strategies, and portfolio rebalancing Communicate investment rationale and portfolio positioning to senior leadership, investment committees, and clients Stay current on macroeconomic trends, sector dynamics, and market developments that impact portfolio holdings You'll stand out if you bring: A background in consulting from MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms with exposure to financial services, investment research, or asset management 5-8+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, asset management, or buy-side research Strong track record of investment performance with demonstrable alpha generation or outperformance against benchmarks Deep analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis Proficiency with portfolio management systems, risk analytics platforms, and market data tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.) Excellent judgment under pressure and the ability to make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information How to apply: Step 1: Submit your application.
