Join an international team where you'll provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers while identifying sales opportunities and promoting the most suitable products and services. Previous sales experience is mandatory for this role.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Promote upgrades and additional solutions whenever appropriate.
Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2).
Previous sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in Technical Support or a Contact Centre is an advantage.
Strong communication, sales and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
Customer-oriented, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts).

Base Salary: €920
Language Allowance: €250
Performance Bonus: up to €360
Assiduity Allowance: €110
Flex Work Allowance: €60
Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day
