Portugal - Payroll Implementation Specialist

Location: Fully remote

Salary: Hourly rate negotiable

Contract: Until March 2027

We're looking for a hands-on Payroll Implementation Specialist to support an international payroll project in Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows the Portuguese payroll environment and enjoys taking ownership of implementation projects, from configuration and testing through to successful go-live.

Your experience:

• Solid experience with Portuguese payroll implementation
• Strong knowledge of Primavera Payroll is highly preferred
• Experience with other Portuguese payroll software will also be considered if you have a strong implementation background
• Good understanding of Portuguese payroll processes and legislation
• Experience with payroll configuration, testing and implementation activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Portuguese and good English
• Able to work independently while collaborating with an international project team
• Practical, proactive and solution-focused approach
