Power BI Reporting Analyst 100% Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM $50/hr | Long-Term Opportunity | Growth-Focused Organization Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're seeking a Power BI Reporting Analyst to support a growing customer experience organization by developing impactful dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics that drive business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to build reporting solutions that influence strategy and improve customer experience outcomes. What You'll Do Partner with business stakeholders and operational leaders to understand reporting needs and business objectives. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports. Create actionable visualizations that support operational decision-making. Develop KPI reporting and performance scorecards. Collaborate with IT and data teams to identify, validate, and manage data sources. Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data. Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and data quality issues. Support dashboard enhancements, ad hoc reporting requests, and ongoing improvements. Train users on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities. Document reporting standards, requirements, and processes. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting. Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports. Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with multiple data sources and complex datasets. Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Contact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting experience. Familiarity with metrics such as: Service Level Average Handle Time (AHT) Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) First Call Resolution (FCR) Occupancy Abandonment Rate Volume Forecasting Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Exposure to data warehousing concepts. Project coordination or cross-functional reporting experience. SharePoint experience is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
