Responsible for QCT quotation for new project involving core competencies. Responsible for New Project development. Reporting to Global Director and CTO for status review. Manage several Project Leaders directly linked to his team. What we’re looking for A proven track record of leading complex powertrain development projects and managing cross-functional teams in an automotive environment. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or similar). Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across functions. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward.
