PPC Ads Manager

We are hiring a PPC Ads Manager.

Join a team that connects paid media performance to business outcomes, providing strategic leadership and hands-on campaign execution across a full media mix.

📍Location: Remote (LATAM)

🕑Schedule: 8-5 any US time zone.

🤝Must have:

- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2). Role is Client Facing!

- 3–6 years paid media experience (agency or high-growth SaaS preferred)

- Proven experience managing large monthly ad spends and multiple accounts. (250,000+ USD per month)

- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; strong Microsoft & LinkedIn knowledge.

What you’ll do:

- Own paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, YouTube, and other platforms, including budget pacing and ROI tracking.

- Lead client communications as the primary strategic contact and act as a fractional CMO to define goals and roadmaps.

- Deliver data-driven reports tying campaigns to CPL, pipeline value, SQL conversion rates, CAC, and ARR impact.

- Troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution modeling, and CRM/marketing automation integrations.

- Collaborate with CRO, Performance Creative, Email, Data Ops, and SEO teams to drive holistic account improvements and identify upsell opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Translates performance data into clear strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.

- Balances hands-on execution with strategic thinking across multiple client relationships.

- Is proactive about identifying data-backed upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Has familiarity with GA4 and common martech stacks (Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo) and a base understanding of CRO, SEO, and creative strategy.
