PPC Manager

As the PPC Manager , you will build and lead the PPC team and scale our global paid acquisition strategy. You will focus on driving high-quality trader acquisition, while maintaining strong ROI and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, compliance requirements, and performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Hire and lead a team of PPC Specialists Develop and execute global PPC strategy across Google Ads, Paid Social, Microsoft ads and native platforms Manage budgets efficiently Define KPIs: CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, ROAS Identify and scale profitable geographies Oversee funnel campaigns including lead generation, retargeting and remarketing Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPA and LTV Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels Performance & Analytics Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM data, tracking tools Build dashboards and reporting for senior management Ensure campaigns comply with financial regulations Work closely with compliance and legal teams Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Manage and monitor daily ad spend budgets Collaborate with design, content, sales and compliance teams Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Requirements 5+ years of experience in PPC / Paid Media Proven experience in Forex or Crypto industries Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms Proven experience in conversion tracking & analytics tools Understanding of trading funnels and lead qualification Familiarity with compliance restrictions in financial advertising Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills Experience with landing page optimization tools is a plus Benefits Comprehensive private medical insurance Performance-based end-of-year bonus Hybrid working arrangement Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Twenty-one (21) working days of paid annual leave Opportunity to work in an international work environment What your hiring experience looks like Interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes) Interview with the hiring manager (1 hour) Sounds like your kind of role?
