Currently, we are looking for a PPC Specialist (Amazon) to drive growth across Amazon and other key marketplaces through strategic advertising campaigns that increase visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales. Let’s get into the details: Keyword research & strategy - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent, relevant terms and continuously expand or refine targeting across campaigns. Campaign architecture & setup - Build, structure, and launch Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns with clear, scalable structures. Bid management, performance monitoring & optimization - Monitor & optimize campaigns regularly, tracking core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPC, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS) to maximize visibility and profitability. Data analysis & actionable insights - Go beyond surface-level metrics. Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete, actionable strategies that drive growth. A/B testing & experimentation - Run tests on ad creatives, keyword match types, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify the highest-performing combinations. Reporting & communication - Deliver clear, regular performance reports with actionable insights - not just numbers, but context on why things changed and what to do next. Platform awareness & industry trends - Stay current with Amazon Advertising updates, new ad formats, beta features, algorithm changes, and broader e-commerce and digital marketing trends. Familiarity with Walmart Connect PPC or other marketplace platforms is a plus. AI tools & automation - Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency, streamline workflows, and uncover optimization opportunities. Stay curious and experiment with emerging AI solutions applicable to Amazon PPC and e-commerce. Your part in the bigger picture Hard skills & experience: 1+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience - you've managed real budgets, built campaigns from scratch, and optimized based on data. Experience working in a multi-brand environment. Strong command of Amazon Advertising Console - you navigate Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display confidently. Hands-on experience with seller analytics and optimization tools - such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP), Amazon Marketing Cloud, or similar third-party marketplace software. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Understanding of key Amazon metrics and their relationships - you know how ACoS, TACoS, organic rank, and overall profitability connect, not just isolated campaign numbers. Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends - you understand the broader landscape in which Amazon PPC operates. Soft skills & mindset: Strategic thinking beyond today - you can plan ahead, anticipate seasonal shifts, product launches, and competitive dynamics, and adjust strategy proactively. Strong communication & collaboration skills - you actively share insights and collaborate effectively with team members to drive collective results.
