Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PPC Strategist at PaidSync.ai. The PPC Strategist will plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and emerging ad platforms, using PaidSync’s AI-driven environment. Responsibilities include conducting account audits, identifying wasted ad spend, refining targeting and bidding strategies, and developing testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, and landing pages. The role involves setting up and validating conversion tracking, collaborating on cross-channel reporting, and translating performance insights into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. The PPC Strategist will also contribute to improving internal processes, sharing best practices, and providing feedback that helps refine PaidSync’s product and automation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong pay-per-click and performance marketing skills, including experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major ad platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign strategy and optimization, including keyword and audience research, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Solid analytics and tracking skills, including use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setups, and data interpretation for decision-making.
- Ability to create clear, insight-driven reports and communicate complex performance data in concise, actionable language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools, dashboards, and automation workflows, with curiosity about emerging ad technologies and willingness to experiment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple accounts or projects, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience in PPC, digital marketing, or growth roles; agency or multi-account experience is highly beneficial.
