PR & Communication Head (Remote)

About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling D2C fashion brand in the premium casualwear space, we blend storytelling, cultural aesthetics, and digital-first engagement to build emotionally resonant brands across India. Our PR & Comms Head will shape national narratives, amplify brand visibility, and drive strategic media partnerships — all while building a high-impact, remote-friendly communications engine that scales with our ambition.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR strategy — from media pitching and press releases to crisis comms and influencer seeding — across print, digital, and broadcast.
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier fashion, lifestyle, and business media across India for sustained brand coverage.
• Own all brand communications: executive messaging, internal comms, event narratives, and campaign-aligned storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Creative teams to align PR campaigns with product launches, seasonal drops, and brand milestones.
• Measure ROI via earned media value, sentiment analysis, and coverage reach — translating insights into optimized future strategies.
• Develop and mentor a remote PR team or external agency partners to ensure consistent, on-brand execution across markets.
