JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is seeking a talented PR & Content Marketing Specialist to spearhead our brand narrative and accelerate inbound growth. If you are a master storyteller who thrives at the intersection of B2B tech and creative media, we want you.

We are looking for a prolific writer with 5+ years of experience transforming complex technology concepts into compelling, high-conversion narratives. In this role, you won't just chase headlines—you will strategically craft content that builds authority, commands attention, and turns readers into revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape the Narrative: Co-author and execute our overarching brand and content strategy across all major digital channels.
• Drive Inbound Growth: Craft high-impact, client-facing collateral—including proposals, brochures, and targeted campaigns—designed to capture and convert high-value leads.
• Media Relations & Pitching: Secure high-tier earned media by building relationships with journalists, tech bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Thought Leadership: Author deep-dive white papers, sharp op-eds, and narrative-driven infographics on cutting-edge technology trends.
• Social & Virality: Develop punchy, high-engagement content tailored for social platforms to amplify our brand voice and spark industry conversation.
• SEO Optimization: Apply robust on-page optimization best practices to ensure our content ranks high and cuts through the digital noise.
• Award Recognition: Identify, draft, and submit compelling applications for industry awards to cement Plan A’s market leadership.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) to relentlessly optimize outreach and ROI.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in PR, content marketing, or journalism. Deep experience in B2B tech marketing is a massive plus.
• Exemplary Craftsmanship: Flawless English prose with the versatility to switch seamlessly between authoritative thought leadership and snappy, conversational copy.
• Full-Funnel Content Mastery: A portfolio demonstrating success across emails, blogs, social media, and long-form digital campaigns that measurably move the needle.
• SEO Fluency: A strong grasp of search intent, keyword integration, and content optimization strategies.
• Agility & Ownership: The organizational horsepower to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
