1Pass is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy PR & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage 1Pass social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
• Create engaging Arabic and English content for the Saudi audience.
• Coordinate with designers, creators, influencers, and the Marketing team.
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities.
• Support PR campaigns, announcements, partnerships, events, and media activations.
• Build relationships with media outlets, publications, influencers, and partners.
• Prepare bilingual press releases, pitches, and communication materials.
• Support influencer outreach, briefing, and campaign execution.
• Monitor performance, brand mentions, competitors, and industry trends.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve content and campaigns.
AI-First Mindset:
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to research trends and competitors.
• Brainstorm campaigns, content ideas, and creative concepts.
• Improve Arabic and English copy.
• Create content calendars and creative briefs.
• Analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
• Work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in PR, social media, communications, or digital marketing.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Saudi culture and the local social media landscape.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content-planning skills.
• Experience with influencers and content creators is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to take ownership.
• Comfortable working remotely with a fast-moving team.
• Interest in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or technology is a plus.
