Position Summary : Responsible for supporting the Regional Healthcare Bankers by requesting and collecting documents, financial analysis, reviewing request, inputting data in necessary bank software, submit to credit department, and assisting in the complete loan closing process. Essential Functions Coordinate and communicate with borrowers and Regional Healthcare Bankers to schedule calls and meetings with the borrower to review request, collect necessary financials and documents. Process loan files to meet all required criteria in a timely manner. Efficiently and effectively complete financial analysis and review deal for accuracy. Negotiate any credit terms as necessary. Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed by verifying signatures, execution dates, collateral, and all other supporting documents. Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field Previous healthcare loan processing and credit experience Minimum Skill Requirements Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and products Effective and professional verbal and written communications Exceptional interpersonal skills including ability to develop business relationships Strong research skills Strong negotiation skills Proficient on department software and MsOffice products Physical Demands In terms of an 8-hour workday, “occasional” equals 1% to 33%, “frequent” equals 34% to 66% and “continuous” equals 67% to 100%.
