Qualifications 📘 What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school (required) Current Medical Assistant certification or an active LPN license (Alabama) At least one (1) year of experience in a primary care practice or value‑based care setting Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient‑centered approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively Great customer service skills Flexibility and adaptabilty to change Willing to learn and be a part of the bigger picture
