Pre-Arrival Concierge | Luxury Villas

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and digitally fluent person to support our operations team as a remote guest concierge. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing, solving problems, and providing outstanding service — all while using tools like Google Sheets, Stripe, and Monday.com.

→ Hospitality/tourism profiles who are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing guest services from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate guest logistics and services before arrival (flights, access, menus, reservations).
• Manage restaurant/activity/spa/chef bookings based on guest preferences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and internal team.
• Support on-site concierges by organizing all information and operations remotely.
• Supervise the final bill and ensure payments to suppliers.
• Keep dashboards and internal tools updated (Sheets, Monday.com, Stripe, etc)

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Love organizing, tracking, and following through.
• Are confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, Monday, etc).
• Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy working in hospitality, luxury travel or high-end guest services.
• Can be available occasionally for last-minute changes or off-hours needs.
