The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $26.03 to $39.04. We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Washington, DC office four days per week. Responsibilities The Premier Banker and their team provide relationship management in a customized and high-touch manner to our deposit driven clients to include relationships which are large and complex in nature, requiring a high level of personal attention and the utilization of a number of deposit-related services. This position is responsible for working closely with customers to deepen relationships with new and existing clients. Provides quality service to internal and external clients. Complies with policies, procedures, rules and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted for the position. Qualifications Requirements: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent 3 years branch platform experience in Account Opening/Servicing/Closing 2 years customer service in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar high-net-worth customer environment Bank Core System experience, IBS Core Banking System preferred Proficient use of a banking Platform system including setting up complex accounts and performing account maintenance Strong understanding of legal business entities Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers Exceptional Customer Service skills Advanced knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure Preferences: Treasury Management product knowledge Don't meet all the requirements?
