Pricing Analyst

QuestPro is partnering with an established, industry-leading organization seeking an experienced
Pricing Analyst II to join its corporate leadership team.
This is a highly visible opportunity for a strategic pricing professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, finance, sales, and executive leadership. You'll serve as a trusted business partner, helping drive pricing strategy while balancing revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
We're looking for someone who can confidently challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and make data-driven pricing recommendations while maintaining pricing integrity and supporting sound business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute enterprise pricing strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Build sophisticated pricing and financial models to support business decisions.
- Analyze competitive market trends, customer profitability, and pricing performance.
- Partner with Sales on new business opportunities, RFPs, and contract pricing while maintaining pricing discipline.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting, and pricing analytics.
- Evaluate pricing models and recommend enhancements based on market conditions and business performance.
- Support contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and profitability analysis.
- Present pricing recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in pricing analysis, strategic pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and pricing configuration.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated confidence to maintain pricing governance, challenge assumptions, and make sound pricing decisions while effectively partnering with Sales and other key business stakeholders.
- Ability to balance customer needs with profitability while protecting the organization's overall pricing strategy and business objectives.

- Claims Management
- Medical Bill Review
Experience with organizations such as Gallagher Bassett, Sedgwick, Genex, One Call, or similar workers' compensation, managed care, or cost containment organizations is highly desirable.
Candidates who understand workers' compensation, claims management, medical bill review, provider networks, and pricing methodologies will be especially well positioned for success.
