As a Pricing Analytics Manager, you will join a fast-paced, globally connected team that shapes the commercial strategies behind our partnerships with sponsors worldwide. Through advanced pricing analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help develop competitive commercial solutions that support business growth while keeping patients at the heart of everything we do. Who We’re Looking For Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities Expert-level Excel skills including XLOOKUP, scenario modeling, and complex formulas Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive problem solver who challenges the status quo and drives improvements Collaborative team player who works effectively across global functions Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy What You’ll Do Develop and maintain sponsor-specific rate cards and Functional Service Provider (FSP) pricing models Lead financial analyses, margin modeling, cost calculations, and commercial scenario planning Partner with Business Development, Proposals, Commercial Finance, Contracts, and Operations teams to support customer negotiations and proposal development Evaluate customer-requested rate changes and provide pricing recommendations aligned with business objectives Create and maintain pricing templates, tools, and centralized rate repositories Drive review and approval processes for commercial packages and strategic pricing opportunities Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities Leverage Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance analytics and decision-making Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across pricing deliverables Additional Details Fully home-based role in Argentina supporting global stakeholders Join a stable, experienced global team supporting worldwide commercial operations Opportunity to influence the evolution of pricing processes through data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions Exposure to complex strategic partnerships, long-term customer agreements, and executive-level decision making Preferred background includes CRO, consulting, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other large multinational organizations Experience with Power BI required; Power Automate, Python, or workflow automation experience is considered a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field Why Join Us Be part of groundbreaking projects that are pushing the boundaries of the industry.
