Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain VBA-based tools and Excel macros to automate budget costing and workflows between financial systems Identify inefficiencies in current processes or/and tools and implement automated solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure data integrity and consistency across pricing systems and reporting outputs Troubleshoot and enhance existing tools, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Document processes, tools, and solutions to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing Support ad hoc requests related to pricing tools/budgets. Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Proven experience with VBA programming and macro development Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Experience with pricing, finance, or commercial finance is preferred Preferred Experience Experience working in CRO industry supporting RFPs and study budgets.
