As a Principal, you will play a critical role in shaping our market entry, developing client relationships, and positioning dss+ as a trusted partner across target industries.

Your Impact

Drive 0→1 business development and build a pipeline of opportunities

Establish senior (C-suite) client relationships

Lead origination and conversion of strategic engagements

Define market positioning and go-to-market strategy

Lead high-impact client engagements

Build and develop high-performing teams

Proven experience in consulting with a strong business development track record

Fluent in Mandarin and English
