About the Company

We’re looking for a Senior Research & Delivery Consultant to join a market-leading Private Equity Executive Search firm, specialising in C-level appointments into PE-backed portfolio companies.

About the Role

You’ll work on C-Level and Chair mandates for high-growth, investor-backed businesses, often at moments of inflection: carve-outs, buy-and-builds, turnarounds and exits.

Responsibilities

• Pure focus on top-tier delivery and execution, not BD
• Work directly with Partner on exciting global Consumer Searches.
• Exposure to mid-market and upper mid-market PE funds and their portfolio leaders
• Fast-paced, deal-driven environment where quality and pace both matter

Qualifications

• An experienced research, delivery or execution-focused search professional

Required Skills

• Someone confident mapping markets, engaging C-suite talent, and running tight processes
• Comfortable operating at board and investor level
• Detail-obsessed, commercially aware, and motivated by high-stakes work
