CAI Business Units and the Markets We Serve CAI Software is organized into three business units: Graphic Communications, Process Manufacturing, and Discrete Manufacturing - aligned to the industries we serve. This role is part of our Graphic Communications business unit, which serves the global print and packaging industry with ERP and production software designed for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, promotional and transactional print providers, sign and display manufacturers, and in-plant print operations. Our solutions help customers manage complex production environments, improve operational visibility, and deliver high-quality products efficiently and profitably. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Full-Stack Software Developer with solid expertise in client-side technologies, particularly Angular and React, along with strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies including C#, Web API, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of modern software development tools, frameworks, and CI/CD practices, with the ability to work across both front-end and back-end components. The candidate should be a quick learner, problem solver, and self-motivated individual who takes ownership of deliverables and proactively collaborates with cross-functional teams. Knowledge or experience in the Printing domain is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript and .NET technologies. Build reusable and scalable UI components following established development standards and best practices. Work with relevant front-end tools, frameworks, libraries, APIs, and development environments. Collaborate with backend developers, architects, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and contribute to application design and development. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance challenges, and UI-related defects. Follow coding standards, perform code reviews, and contribute to improving development practices. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and proactively identify opportunities for technical improvements. Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, frameworks, and business processes. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies. Understanding of CI/CD, Cloud platforms, or DevOps practices Required Technical Skills: Front End: Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 Back End: C#, .NET, ASP.Net, ASP.NET Core, Web API, REST APIs Database: SQL and relational database concepts DevOps: CI/CD, build and deployment automation Development Practices: Git, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization Good understanding of Software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and maintainable code development Experience working with modern development tools, frameworks, libraries, and cloud/DevOps technologies Experienced in using Claude for code generation, code refactoring, debugging, unit-test creation, technical documentation, code reviews, and developer productivity.
