We're building a newly re-established Enterprise Architecture team, and this is your opportunity to influence how data, AI, analytics, and modern cloud technologies are adopted across a global manufacturing company. This isn't a role where you'll create standards from the sidelines you'll be a hands-on Data architect, partnering with business leaders, engineering teams, and emerging technology experts to solve real business challenges and drive enterprise-wide transformation. Key Responsibilities You'll define and drive Donaldson's enterprise data architecture by: Developing the enterprise data strategy and roadmap Designing scalable cloud-based data architectures and platforms Leading Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives Building trusted, governed data solutions for analytics and AI Establishing enterprise data governance, quality, and architecture standards Partnering with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions Architecting modern data solutions using Snowflake, Azure, Oracle, APIs, and streaming technologies Serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise data investments and strategy Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data or Enterprise Architecture 3+ years of Snowflake experience Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure preferred) Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, MDM, and Data Governance Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications: AWS experience AI/ML data platform experience Cloud or data architecture certifications Immigration Sponsorship Not Available: Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).
