What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll run GTM searches for VC and PE-backed companies end to end, from the first conversation with a founder to the signed offer. Full ownership of strategy, sourcing, client relationship, and close, managed entirely on your own schedule. As a Principal, you'll also have a hand in shaping how the desk runs, not just working reqs someone else built.
Where you'll be doing it
A boutique recruiting firm built specifically to serve VC and PE-backed businesses. Team of 30, fully remote, high standards, no bureaucracy. It's small on purpose. You won't be one of forty recruiters fighting over the same accounts. You'll get real time with the founder and CEO. People here help each other close deals instead of hoarding candidates.
