Comfortable operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and balancing BD with delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Experience with analysis tools (e.g., PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD, PROMOD) and programming tools such as Python. West Coast–based and willing to travel up to 25%.
