Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Acquisition Professional who will be responsible for leading the overall procurement activities associated with the Energetics & Propulsion Commodity team, which manages the following technologies: Warheads and Pyros. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs across multiple Mission Areas and reports to the Procurement Manager. What You Will Do: Perform procurement actions utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all FAR/DFARS regulatory and corporate requirements. Primary capabilities in procurement such as the following will be needed: Preparation of all manners of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RF Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms) Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment. Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion. Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets. Ability to travel as required Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ procurement experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR OR import/export requirements. Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, T&M, etc.). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer: Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or STEM field Knowledge of compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price etc.) Experience analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review Learn More and Apply Now! If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $106,000. The salary range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
