Is this job info correct?

The Opportunity Bridgeway is Adobe’s agentic marketing partner for small businesses and solopreneurs—photographers, estheticians, fitness coaches, bakers, contractors—the people running a business with no marketing team behind them. We’re building software that acts like a great marketing hire, not another tool to learn. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who can help define what an AI-native marketing partner should become. What Great Looks Like A product builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes responsibility for outcomes—not just requirements, roadmaps, or launches. We look for people who have shipped. Take products from an unclear customer problem to something real, useful, and adopted. Know how to develop a strong point of view without becoming attached to your first answer. Everyone on our team operates across three lenses: customer, product, and execution. Treat the product like it is your business. Spend time with customers, identify what they are struggling to articulate, and turn those insights into products that feel remarkably simple. Know what should be built, what should not be built, and what needs to be learned first. Reduce complex systems and emerging AI capabilities into experiences customers immediately understand. Go beyond adding AI to traditional software. Design products around agents that can reason, take initiative, coordinate work, learn from feedback, and earn the trust to act on a customer’s behalf. Move fluidly between strategy, prototyping, customer conversations, data analysis, writing, and delivery. Use AI tools to compress the distance between an idea and something customers can experience. Shape how Bridgeway understands a business, develops strategies, proposes campaigns, coordinates specialized agents, completes work, and earns permission to act more autonomously. Bring clarity to product reviews, improve how the team makes decisions, and create lightweight systems that increase velocity without introducing unnecessary process. Build strong relationships across product, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and executive teams while protecting the autonomy and speed required for an incubation-stage product. What Is Needed to Succeed Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing software, with a track record of taking products from early discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Hands-on experience building AI products or a demonstrated ability to quickly understand LLMs, agents, memory systems, evaluations, orchestration, and the trade-offs involved in deploying them responsibly. Ability to define meaningful success metrics, interpret incomplete data, design experiments, and distinguish real customer value from superficial engagement. Willingness to interview customers, write product copy, build prototypes, inspect product behavior, analyze usage, and work directly with designers and engineers throughout execution. About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. Adobe’s industry-leading offerings including Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, and GenStudio enable people and businesses to turn ideas into impact, powered by AI and driven by human ingenuity.
