About the role We're looking for a Principal Product Strategy Consultant to help clients navigate uncertainty, identify opportunities, and make better decisions. This is a consulting role for someone who is equally comfortable discussing business strategy, product opportunities, emerging technologies, AI, customer experience, and execution. You'll work directly with senior leaders, product teams, business stakeholders, and transformation teams to help organizations understand what matters, where value can be created, and what they should do next. Some engagements may focus on new products and services. Others may focus on AI transformation, customer experience, innovation, operating models, or new business opportunities. The common thread is helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity and from ideas to action. We are looking for someone who can see opportunities, shape vision, build conviction, and help organizations move forward. What You'll Do Help clients identify opportunities at the intersection of business, technology, products, and AI Lead discovery efforts, executive workshops, and strategic conversations Facilitate discussions that help organizations align priorities and decisions Shape product, experience, innovation, and transformation strategies Develop strategic narratives, visions, recommendations, and roadmaps Help clients understand where AI creates meaningful value and where it does not Translate emerging technologies into practical opportunities and business outcomes Work closely with designers, engineers, consultants, and client teams to shape future-state concepts and implementation approaches Contribute to thought leadership, methods, frameworks, and reusable approaches that strengthen Product Studio's capabilities Support strategic pursuits and help shape new opportunities for Nagarro What We're Looking For Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Experience helping organizations identify opportunities, shape direction, and make decisions in complex environments Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skills The ability to connect business objectives, customer needs, technology capabilities, and execution realities Strong product fluency and understanding of how successful products, services, and experiences are created Deep curiosity about technology, AI, and how they are changing industries, organizations, and customer expectations Experience working with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that create meaningful business value Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping others navigate it Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create narratives that build understanding and conviction A bias toward action, experimentation, and learning Enterprise Context Matters Most of our clients are large organizations navigating technology, AI, product, and business transformation challenges. Experience in enterprise, consulting, technology, software, product, innovation, or transformation environments is highly valuable. We're less interested in traditional product management experience and more interested in people who can help organizations understand change, identify opportunities, and create momentum. AI and Emerging Technology AI is increasingly reshaping products, services, customer experiences, workflows, and business models. We're looking for someone who actively builds with AI, understands where it creates value, and can help organizations turn emerging capabilities into practical opportunities. The goal is not to talk about AI. The goal is to help clients understand what matters and what actions are worth taking. Portfolio Requirements Portfolio is required. Please include examples that demonstrate: Product strategy work Innovation or transformation initiatives Workshop facilitation Strategic narratives and vision development Business, product, or technology strategy AI-related initiatives or opportunities you have helped shape Products, ventures, or initiatives you have personally helped build We're interested in understanding how you think, how you make decisions, and how you help organizations move forward. Be prepared to discuss your role, contributions, trade-offs, and outcomes. The strongest candidates will be able to demonstrate not only what they recommended, but what happened because of it.
