Principal Recruiter

Strive is on the hunt for a seasoned GTM Recruiter to join our high-performing business development team.

This is a fully remote role, with expectations that you'd come to the Manchester office a couple of times a month to meet with the team.

The team are flying at the minute, and with an expected 90% of the team looking to hit or exceed their yearly quota, this is a great time to join the business.

So what does the role involve?

This is a purely 180 BD focused role (Client side)

• Focus on new business development (Signing new clients)
• Land and expand accounts you win and house accounts you've been passed (Client/Account management)
• Win new GTM Vacancies (Sales, Marketing and CS)
• Pass the roles into a delivery function to source top-tier candidates (1:4 / BD:Delivery Ratio)
• Work with the delivery team to fill your vacancies
• Get paid ;)
