Location & International Working Model
This position operates within our international remote working model.
The successful candidate may be based in any country, provided they are able to collaborate effectively across international time zones and travel when required. Depending on project requirements, international travel, client meetings, due diligence activities and executive workshops will form an important part of the role.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional executive to join Green PowerHouse as Principal – Strategic Investments & Corporate Development.
Working directly with the Chairman & Group CEO, you will help originate, evaluate, structure and execute acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, business transformation initiatives and industrial development projects across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
This is not a traditional corporate development position. It is an opportunity to work alongside experienced executives on complex international assignments where strategy, commercial judgement, investment and execution converge.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate strategic investment and acquisition opportunities.
- Lead commercial, strategic and financial due diligence.
- Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures.
- Develop strategic partnerships with investors, industrial groups and public-sector organisations.
- Prepare executive reports, Board papers, investment memoranda and decision materials.
- Contribute to corporate strategy, international expansion and long-term value creation.
- Represent Green PowerHouse in discussions with clients, investors, advisers and strategic partners.
- Support capital raising, project financing and infrastructure investment initiatives where appropriate.
